Shipping policy

Most of our items are "made to order" and will generally ship within 5 business days of your order. If your order will be delayed beyond this, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date, and the option to change or cancel your order.

We ship all items from our shop in Denver, Colorado, USA - if you are located outside of the US, our packages may incur extra customs duties or import tax when they arrive in your country. For some destinations, we will include and calculate these for you on checkout; otherwise, it is your responsibility to pay them when the item arrives.

Orders of more than one item may ship in multiple packages depending on the size and number of things you order.

We pack each item thoroughly and carefully; however, if your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the carrier and get you a new item. 

Our items with frames can contain wood; however, it is engineered and treated wood and should pass biosecurity requirements if your country imposes them. Wood-containing packages will be labelled as such on their packaging including any necessary details needed to have them pass biosecurity.
